Arko and I have been planning on taking Seiji to his very first movie experience but couldn’t actually decide on the movie.
So when Toy Story 5 launched I knew this was it. And what better way than celebrating Father’s Day watching Toy Story, eating popcorn and watching his absolutely mesmerised?
Watching Toy Story was nostalgic and as two Millenials raising a Gen Alpha this was such an experience.

I have always romanticised the woods and the mountains. And ever since I was a kid, I longed more just the vacation. I wanted to live it. So I started planting… spruce trees, Debdarus and salt cedars. Starting from a very young age.
A lot of them were cut down to change the pavement when I was away for college. But one of each stands. The last salt cedar was saved by cutting out a tree well. The rest of them, just gone. To be honest they didn’t grow much, the soil was not good that side, my mother says.
But the 3 remaining trees grows taller and taller, and breaks down during a bad Kalboishakhi, but keeps growing again.
I used to decorate the spruce during Christmas when it was smaller. And today it stands taller even after breaking so many time. 🌲🌳
