The Best Eye Cream For Dark Circles- Benton Fermentation Eye Cream Review

Eye cream- the one skincare step that I gave up on years back. I have had dark circles and under-eye bags ever since I was 17. It used to come and go during exam seasons. But after my 12th board exam, they just never left. After investing so much time and money to get rid of them I learned that you can do nothing about genetic eye bags and dark circles with mere skincare products.

I took one look at my dad’s under eye and another look at his dad’s picture, and I gave up. Dark circles, under-eye bags, puffiness, under-eye darkness, sunken eyes- you name it, I have it. And it’s so bad that even my wedding make-up artist failed to hide them and said he has not seen dark circles so bad.

Enters Benton Fermentation Eye Cream. Since no Benton product has ever failed me and since fermentation products work like a charm for me, I decided to give the Benton Fermentation Eye Cream a try.

Brand Claims:

Fermented ingredients such as Galacytomyces ferment filtrate and Bifida ferment lysate work together with ceramide, EGF, and hyaluronic acid to give this highly concentrated eye cream the power to diminish fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes without causing irritation or sensitivity. With regular use, the delicate skin becomes firmer, refined, and less prone to dryness.

What makes it the best Eye Cream in my opinion:

Among the key ingredients are:

  1. Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate: Which is known to enhance skin elasticity as well as skin brightening.
  2. Bifida Ferment Lystae: That hydrates the skin and enhances elasticity.
  1. Oligopeptide and Adenosine: that generally helps with wrinkle care by building collagen, elastin and increases firmness.
  1. Ceramide NPthat helps reinforce the skin barrier and prevents transepidermal water loss

Full Ingredient List:

Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate, Bifida Ferment Lysate, Butylene Glycol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glycerin, Cetostearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Water, Macadamia Temifolia Seed Oil, Setearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Pentylene Glycol, rh-Oligo Peptode-1, Ceramide NP, Sodium Hyaluronate, AloeBarbadenis Leaf Extract, Adenosine, Allantoin, Althaea Rosea Root Extract, Betaine, Panthenol, Beta-Glucan, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Arginine, Zanthoxylum Piperitum Fruit Extract, Pulsatilla Koreana Extract, Usnea Barbata (Lichen) Extract, Sorbitan Stearate

Benton is a skincare brand known for its clean beauty products and if you take a closer look at the full-ingredient list, you’ll see the same. No nasty chemicals and minimal preservatives. They are also known for producing fresh beauty products as well as for being a cruelty-free brand.

My Experience With Benton Fermentation Eye Cream:

Best Eye Cream

When I say that I have every under-eye problem imaginable, I mean it. It feels as if there is basically no flesh or muscle under the thin skin under my eye. My eyes basically exist among a dark hollow and nothing except fillers can lift my eye area.

But then I decided to give the Benton Fermentation Eye Cream a try. The cream has a thick, white texture. And applying it feels like a dream. Honestly, I don’t like runny texture under my eyes. Because it feels like the cream is melting away from under my eye when applying a runny eye cream. But the Benton Fermentation Eye cream has such a gorgeous texture that it actually stays where it should be. The hydration that this cream offers lingers throughout the day.

Within just a few days since I started using this eye cream, my under-eye area started seeing a gorgeous elasticity. My under-eye area didn’t look hollow anymore and the darkness disappeared as well. The only thing that remained is the puffiness. But I cannot complain. I have lived 15years with dark, sunken eyes. And I can live with a mere puffiness if that means my eyes won’t exist in hollowness anymore.

Final Verdict:

I have tried many eye creams in my lifetime and I have to say nothing worked better than this. And if it can cure genetic dark circles, I wonder what it can do to people whose dark circles are not genetic!

I don’t think I can ever use another eye cream ever, even if for review purposes. I just don’t know what I’ll do with this cream.

Pros:

  1. Does what it claims
  2. Clean beauty product
  3. Cruelty-free
  4. Comes in a hygienic tube with a nozzle that dispenses the exact amount required
  5. Budget-friendly
  6. Keeps the under-eye area hydrated for a long time
  7. Got rid of genetic dark circles

Cons:

Nothing that I can point out.
