My 5 Favourite Creams For Face Yoga
In my previous post, I talked about how I overcame my skin’s volume loss with the help of face yoga. And like promised, today I’ll talk about my favorite products for face yoga.
When it comes to choosing a cream or oil or serum for your facial massage, you need to pick one that is neither too runny nor too thick. Something that won’t sink into your skin before you are done with your massage. Yet something that won’t tug your skin. So here are my top favourite products to do facial yoga with.
Belief The True Cream Aqua Bomb:
This is my absolute favourite product for face yoga. It has the perfect consistency to massage with. It feels so light on the skin, yet too hydrating. It makes my skin feel bouncy and doesn’t make my skin sweat during the hotter months. I am really eager to try its sister Belief The True Cream Moisturizing Bomb this winter. And I’ll let you guys know when I do.

Benton Fermentation Eye Cream:
This has to be my favourite Eye Cream for face yoga. This is one of the thickest eye creams that I have used. It doesn’t melt under my eye area and makes my genetic eye bags visibly brighter.

Illiyoon Ultra Repair Cream:
Though its texture is on the thicker side, it doesn’t tug my skin while doing the facial massage. It feels rich on my skin and it can be the perfect facial yoga partner for dry skin beauties.

The Face Shop Calendula Essential Moisture Cream:
I have been using it only for a week now and so far I am greatly enjoying the product. It feels light on my skin yet hydrating enough to keep my skin soft and hydrated during the harsh winter. It makes the process of face yoga smooth like a dream.

Laneige Water Sleeping Mask:
Though this product turned out to be an utter failure for me. It can be used for facial yoga during summer and probably by oily/combination skin beauties. As for me, I have normal skin that turned dry when the temperature suddenly dropped. And I bought this Sleeping Mask after my skin turned dry as a dessert. It didn’t work for me as a sleeping mask. And when used for facial yoga, it completely absorbed into my skin right before I was about to start with the acupressure points. And I have to admit I scooped enough product to last me the entire session. So I guess oily skin beauties can opt for this if you are doing your facial massage before going to the bed.
So that’s my top 5 products for facial yoga. I have also ordered some oils and serums to experiment with and I’ll let you guys know how they worked for me. In the mean time let me know if you want me to review certain products.
Till then bye.
