Neud came up with NEUD Carrot Seed Premium range a few months back and I was lucky enough to get my hands on their premium cosmetic products. I was honestly impressed with this range and wondered why I have never heard of the benefits of carrot seed before. Very recently they launched some more products in this range and I am so glad to be able to review them as well.

Do you notice the absence of artificial fragrance here? I was visibly impressed. Because lately, I have been seeing artificial fragrance everywhere, no matter how good a product performs.

Anyway, since I already talked about the goodness of Carrot Seed here, I will dive straight into the product review without wasting any more time.

My Experience With NEUD Carrot Seed Premium Cream:

Packaging:

So the first thing I have to mention before going into the product review is the packaging. I was genuinely blown away. The cream comes in a sturdy jar in an equally sturdy magnetic box. And when I mention sturdy, I mean it. My 1-year-old has already done the experiment of throwing it on the tiled floor with all his force and it’s still intact. When it comes to the box, he tried. You know he really tried, with all his might to tear it apart. He couldn’t, in the end, he took some trinkets from my table, put them in the box, and threw the whole thing away. Which gave me the idea that the box will be a treat for people who love upcycling stuff. If nothing, it will make a perfect jewelry or trinket box.

Now let’s come to the actual product review:

The moment I opened the jar, I noticed that the product doesn’t have any smell. This further confirmed the absence of fragrance. The texture is like dream, it is light, it is fluffy yet it is somehow moisturizing enough to last an entire day.

The packaging claims that it is for skin and body. So I decided to use it both as a face cream and as a day cream, and figure out which way it works the best for me.

Surprisingly, it worked great as both!

Like I already mentioned, the texture is like dream. It glided into my skin with gentle massage without leaving any hint of greasiness. Lately, I have been struggling with greasiness with anything that I put on my face. I live in a very humid part of the country. And like clockwork, my toddler has been making me go up and down the stairs countless times right after I am done with my routine. Anything that I put on my face ends up melting away and most of the time it’s so bad that I end up wiping it off.

With the NEUD Carrot Seed Skin Repair Cream, I found my answer to this particular woe. I have been using it for a while and it completely absorbs into the skin while also giving healthy hydration at the same time. Like I have mentioned in some previous posts, sometimes I end up skipping my nighttime routine. The NEUD Carrot Seed Skin Cream has been keeping my skin hydrated until the next day during those rare occasions.

As a face cream, the NEUD Carrot Seed Skin Cream worked like a charm for me. With regular usage, it gave me healthy and evened-out facial skin. It gives me the perfect boost of hydration without any sign of greasiness.

And when it comes to using the NEUD Carrot Seed Skin Cream as a body cream it worked for me even better. You see, all my life I have been suffering from allergy problems. And my skin allergy became worse after my delivery. The attack would start from my legs resulting in horrible dark patches all over my legs. When I did a little research, I found out that it’s a common problem for allergies to worsen after delivery. It’s because the skin becomes drier after having a baby and the key is to keep the body skin moisturized.

The moisturization trick worked for me. But since I couldn’t bear the greasiness I gave up on the trick once winter was over. Again, the NEUD Carrot Seed Skin Cream was the answer to my woe. What made me fall in love with the product is that it provides the perfect hydration for facial skin AND body skin. It keeps my body skin hydrated round the clock without any hint of greasiness.

As a mother of a hyperactive toddler sometimes I get lazy to reach for the body cream after I am done with my face routine. And the greatest part of this cream is that I get to be lazy and slather some of the same cream on my arms and legs once I am done with my face.

Since I have started using the NEUD Carrot Seed Premium Skin Repair Cream I haven’t had any allergy attacks on my legs. Sure I have to take my allergy meds regardless. I had to take them every day before even I was pregnant. But the attacks on my legs appeared despite taking the meds. That has stopped. And I am very thankful for that.
