Secret Key Starting Treatment Eye Cream Review
If you are new to my blog, here’s a little information about my skin: I have a normal, but hyper-sensitive skin with stubborn genetic eyebags. I’m going to be 29 next month and so far the only aging sign that bother me are the eyebags + dark circles that have been there since I was 17. Sucks right? What’s worse is that nothing, I literally mean nothing works on them. But I still keep purchasing one eye cream after another, never repeating the same brand, hoping the next one that I pick up might make a little difference. So far, the only ones that managed to make any difference, only made the circles under my eyes look a bit lighter, and literally no effect on the bags. But somehow I’m convinced that the ones that can make my stubborn circles look lighter might actually work brilliantly on beauties who’s bags and circles not genetic.
Since I’m enjoying my new found love towards the brand Secret Key and also since my skin reacts really well to Galactomyces Ferment essence, it only made sense that I tried out the Secret Key Starting Treatment Eye Cream who’s star ingredient happens to be Galactomyces Essence.

My Experience:
Even though the ferment essence didn’t do magic on my circles and bags by making them disappear, I approved them enough to actually order one for my sister. Yes, my sister might share the same genes, but her curse is not the dark circles, at least they weren’t just a few months back. You see, my sister is one of those fortunate ladies who afforded to ignore an eye cream all these years and now that she’s in her early thirties, she’s seeing the first signs.
I was impressed with the Secret Key First Treatment Eye Cream the moment I used it for the first time. The product has a thick texture and the tube dispenses it in a very appropriate quantity which was the first reason I was impressed with it as the last eye cream that I used prior to it was too runny that it would get into my eyes every time I used it. After using the eye cream religiously for a few weeks my dark circle started becoming lighter. There was not much difference with the bag though, but yes the skin under my eyes was no more dark. The ferment essence and the niacinamide did do its job after all. My sister said it’s working fine on her dark circles too so I guess it will work better on people who doesn’t have stubborn eyebags.
Overall, I’m impressed with this eye cream and will suggest it to anybody who’s in need of one, but personally I won’t re-purchase it since I will still on the lookout for an eye cream that works on my eye bags as well.
Pros:
- Travel friendly packaging
- Dispenses the right amount
- Thick texture
- Works on my stubborn dark circles
- Perfect for sensitive skin beauties.
Cons:
Since no cream has ever worked on my bags I won’t put ‘Didn’t do anything to my eye bags’ as a con.

Hi! What about fine lines under eye? Does it can work to reduce them?
If it’s hereditary then I can’t promise it will but if it’s not, it’s worth to give a try
My dark circles are really stubborn. If it really helps I would definitely love to give this a try.
Do give it a try, along with the nature republic Aloe Gel, that one does wonder to under eyes too!
Oh, isne bhi kaam nahi kiya (
