Growing up a tomboy I’ve never been much of a jewellery person but when I finally embraced my feminine side, I divided my dressing sense in two diverse fashions. These two fashions happen to be either a complete western look, or a complete ethnic look. So when I dress up in a western attire I’m mainly in casuals without any jewellery or accessories, and when I go for an ethnic look, I go for a traditional Bengali saree or salwar paired with traditional Bengali gold ornaments. However, for the past couple of years I’ve struggled to pair contemporary jewelleries with western outfits but never felt confident enough. On top of that, for a month or two now, I’ve been meaning to try an indo-western look, a look I’ve successfully ignored all these years.
