Zenith Nutrition Ginkgo Biloba With Bilberry & Lutein Review
Hi everyone! Today I will be discussing a serious issue and how a product by zenith has helped me deal with it. Now a days we hear the word ‘Depression’ quite often and in a light way. Like a young boy getting ‘depressed’ over not getting an expensive video game. But the reality is far from it- depression is something that comes from inner anxiety and the constant pressure to be up to people’s expectations or it can be triggered by emotional void, professional frustration etc. I, myself suffer from it periodically and take occasional sessions with a therapist. Depression is not something tangible; it is like the air which is always around but invisible. We don’t become aware of its existence until it disturbs the calmness of our mind. My depression is associated with emotional void- it is a feeling that comes after you face intense emotions continuously. During my depressed phases, I generally rely on positive thoughts, happy music and zenith’s Gingko Biloba extract with bilberry n lutein.
Gingko tree is extensively used in traditional Chinese, Korean and Japanese medicines to help the brain function better and to support elderly people who are suffering from age related nervous disabilities. Gingko extract helps boost the circulatory system of the brain. Thus it can be useful to treat weakened memory, poor cognitive skills and depression. Now I am not qualified to assess these claims but I can only tell you my personal experience.
I use this supplement whenever I feel too emotionally exhausted and on the verge of being depressed and sometimes when I get bad headaches. Even though the description says it works great on memory loss, vertigo, tinnitus, disorientation, headaches, and depression, especially in the elderly, after getting marvelous results from a multiple supplements that I’ve taken, I wanted to try this because of it claiming to fight against headaches and depression. Like I’ve earlier said, my life has changed for better after introducing various supplements into my daily life and I feel like it’s better to take a supplement everyday that claims to fight headaches instead of actually getting a headache and having to pop a pain killer (yes, I do that very randomly). Same can be said with depression, rather than letting my emotions overflow, I feel it’s better to take supplements that claim to fight depression and keeping negative thoughts at bay.
Product Claims:
Although the Ginkgo tree has been around for many millions of years, it has only been during the last few decades that its true value has been recognized. Among it medicinal uses ginkgo biloba shows most promise as a circulatory aid, helping to increase blood flow to the brain which may be useful for memory loss, vertigo, tinnitus, disorientation, headaches, and depression, especially in the elderly and the elderly not responding to antidepressant drugs. Increasing amounts of evidence show that gingko may in deed help to relieve cerebral insufficiency, which is defined as a decrease in blood supply to the brain.
