Foodaholic 3D Green Gram Natural Essence Mask Review

Another day, another Sheet Mask. Today it’s the Foodaholic Green Gram Natural Essence mask I received from Skin18.

Just the other day I was talking about my high expectations from Sheet Masks and today I’m going to review one that met all those expectations. The Green Gram Essence Mask is indeed a 3D mask, which means that it’s sewn in such a way that it really has a dimension and kindda covers the neck area as well. So to say, it is the first 3D mask I’ve used which fit my face perfectly. The technique of applying a 3D mask is to fit the chin area first and then the rest of it. The cotton is slightly thicker than any regular sheet mask which means you don’t have to worry about tearing your Sheet Mask while unfolding it. When you usually apply a Sheet Mask, you get a lot excess serum/essence which is supposed to be applied on the neck and hand or anywhere you wish. In this case there weren’t any leftover essence and I am not complaining because I really hate the feeling of dripping serum everywhere.

The mask gave my skin an immediate a cooling, soothing and refreshing feeling and that’s something I should rave about. I have been complaining about how hot it is right now at where I stay and this soothing feeling was all my skin needed. I have been using Sheet Masks every once or twice (sometimes more) a week for a year and I haven’t met any one as refreshing as this one. This is like the perfect gift you can give your skin this summer. I should admit that I threw the Sheet Mask into the refrigerator before using it but the time period was just around 4-5 minutes. I can only imagine how it would have felt on my skin had I left it in there a few more minutes.

The immediate after-effect was noticeable. My skin felt so much plumper and soft like a baby’s cheek and my face was visibly radiant and smooth when I woke up the following morning.

  • Fits Perfectly
  • Does what it claims
  • The right amount or essence.
  • Calms and soothes the skin
  • Pocket friendly (skin18)

Cons: Nothing that I can find.

Will I purchase it again?

Yes, I’ll purchase a lot.

Holika Holika Golden Monkey 3 Step Lip Kit Review

If you guys already don’t know it, I’ve moved back with my parents the day before yesterday. After spending 9 long yrs away from home, visiting only once a month, I decided I need to spend some quality time with my parents. Also I was really sick and tired of the city life and the heat stroke I suffered from last summer just made it worse for me. If you ask me if I am loving it here, then I must say that it’s a wonderful place for nature lovers like me to live in, also there’s no one to bother me here as I have the whole floor (and 4 bedrooms) to myself, unless of course my sister is visiting home. Even though I used to live alone at my apartment at the city, it’s a lot more peaceful back at my hometown. I’ve decided that this summer’s going to be all about my books, my guitars and of course my blog. However, with all advantages, there comes a little disadvantage and in this case the disadvantage has to be that I had to leave both our cameras back at the city along with the photographer (who happens to be my boyfriend as well). My phone camera is terrible and also while choosing the colours of my rooms I chose such dark colours that no matter how much lights you switch on, the lighting’s still gonna be terrible. Good news is that I made my boyfriend click pictures of as many products as we could before I moved; bad news is that I’ve got no picture of the products while using them.

The reason for such a big introduction to this post is that today I’m going to review the Holika Holika Golden Monkey 3 Step Lip Kit I received from Skin18, and it desperately required a step by step demonstration and I’m really upset about the fact that I’m unable to do that.

How to Use:

  1. apply step-1 Exfoliating pad to clean lips and gently massage dull skin depending on your lip sensitivity.
  2. apply step-2 Hydro-gel mask to your lips and remove it after 15minutes.  Then gently dab lip area to absorb remaining residue.
  3. apply step-3 Honey treatment to the lips, specially to dry areas.

Step 1: Water, Glycerin, Cellulose, Butylene Glycol, Gold, Nelumbium Speciosum Flower Extract, Chrysanthemum Morifolium Flower Extract, Gnaphalium Leontopodium Flower Extract, Jasminum Officinale (Jasmine) Flower Extract, Anthemis Nobilis Flower Extract, Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Leaf Extract, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Flower Extract, Cymbopogon Schoenanthus Extract, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Carbomer, Illicium Verum (Anise) Fruit Extract,Propanediol, Propanediol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Caprylyl Glycol, Tromethamine, Chlorphenesin, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance, Disodium EDTA
Step 3: Polybutene, Diisostearyl Malate, Mineral Oil, Dimethicone, Dextrin Myristate, Caprylyl Glycol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Fragrance, Ethylhexylglycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol, CI 19140, CI 15985, Honey Extract, Royal Jelly Extract, Butylene Glycol, Adansonia Digitata Seed Extract, Equisetum Arvense Extract, Vaccinium Macrocarpon (Cranberry) Fruit Extract, Olea Europaea (Olive) Leaf Extract, Sophora Japonica Flower Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Fructan

The packaging is super cute and hygienic. Each step was packaged separately and the monkey on the package  looks so cute that I can almost pet it.

My Experience:

My lips aren’t that dry or chapped, mainly because I apply lip balms very frequently. You can catch me applying lip balms at 30 minutes intervals. It doesn’t matter if its winter or summer, my lips just tend to get dehydrated all the time. I don’t carry the lip balms with me all the time, there’s just always one waiting for me wherever I’m going. Before I moved home, I used to have one lip balm under my pillow at my apartment bedroom, one under the pillow of my hometown bedroom, one downstairs at my parents’ living room, one in my office bag (before I quit my job), one in the sling bag I carry most of the times, one at my sister’s place (it’s not like she doesn’t use lip balms, my lips are just too sensitive to risk applying balms that aren’t tried and tested on myself) and one at my boyfriend’s place. So you guys can literally understand the condition of my lips. Also, a lot of you might know that I’ve got super sensitive skin and the most sensitive part has to be my lips. If anything goes wrong, my lips are the first ones to react, sometimes within seconds, they starts to swell badly and stays swollen for days even after the rest of my face comes back to normal. So I have got to be very particular about what I’m putting on my skin and my lips.

For some reason, I was really confident on applying the Holika Holika Glamour Monkey Lip Kit. I’ve read excellent reviews of products from this brand and was really eager to try it out. If you have read my previous post, you’ll know that I applied this lip kit while waiting for my Nose Cleansing Strip to dry out.

The first step is to clean and exfoliate the lips with a cute lip shaped exfoliating pad. The pad was soaked in some kind of cleansing milk and was too gentle on my lips. One side of the pad was super smooth while the other side had a little bit of texture on it. I could really feel the dead skins being eliminated.

I washed my lips with a little bit of water and moved to the next step. The 2nd step of the kit consisted of a cute lip-shaped hydrogel patch. It was funny putting it on the lips and waiting for 15 minutes. I badly missed my camera at this point.

Step 3 was to put on a honey based serum on the lips. It looked like a gloss and didn’t feel sticky at all. Also there’s plenty of the serum left for another 2 or 3 usages.

Because I don’t read Korean, I couldn’t read anything else except for the direction, the caution and its claim of treating chapped and dry lips, making them more voluptuous. Because of its claim I wondered if I would wake up the next morning with lips like Kylie Jenner. Sure enough no such things happened, but my lips did look a little plumper than it usually does, also it’s been 24 hours since I’ve applied the lip kit and the number of time I needed to apply a lip balm is once. I’m really loving the feeling of wandering around without having to dab my lips with a lip balm every once in a while and my lips are feeling as soft as my nephew’s who turned one last week.

Overall, I really enjoyed using this product and given to the fact that I love exfoliating my lips once in a while, this product certainly bagged a place in my skincare routine.

  • Cutest packaging I’ve ever seen.
  • Does what it claims
  • Hygienic
  • Application is super fun. Even if you don’t suffer from chapped lips, you can give this product a try just for fun’s sake.

  • Nothing that I can find.

Will I purchase it again?

I sure will.

*P.S: I’m going to purchase a new camera real soon. Until then, just bare with me please…

Getting Festive Ready Skin After a Travel With a Tight Schedule

So you guys might know that I have been travelling the week. I have been travelling to Delhi and Agra, attending weddings, visiting stores and meeting relatives. I have been meaning to visit the Innisfree store and Jamie Oliver’s Kitchen in Delhi but since I was working a 9-6 job, I was unable to. As soon as I quit my job (and Christmas was over) the first thing I had to do was head to Delhi. I also had a big fat Punjabi wedding to attend at Agra so I planned a compact tour to Delhi and Agra. The plan was to land in Delhi and start shopping right away. However, we landed around 9 p.m and had to call it a day. The following day we went to the Innisfree store first thing in the morning, shopped my heart out, had lunch and then went on another shopping spree. I bought some hats (for winter and for summer), some winter clothes, some stuffs for my nieces and my nephew and some tops and denims from Forever 21. We ended the day with a dinner at Jamie’s Italian and the experience was AMAZING. The next morning we went on another shopping spree, had some lunch and set for Agra at the evening. It was freezing out there and as soon as I reached my uncle’s place at Agra around 11 ‘o’ clock I noticed flakes and dead skin all over my face. The wedding party booked a hotel for our stay at Agra but we preferred staying at our uncle’s place, which of course came with the packing of having to try out every single thing my aunt cooked with love. The next day was spent celebrating my parent’s anniversary at the family home at Agra, which again meant more foods than I can eat. By this time, the stress reflected on my skin terribly, I had a new bump on my cheek and a few spots which was fading away looked darker than ever. I tried recovering my skin drinking green tea, sheet masking and heaping on sleep packs, but the flakes seemed to increase with the dead skins blocking my skin from absorbing the goodness of the bounty I have been heaping on. I definitely wasn’t carrying any exfoliator thinking it was only a 5 day tour and I didn’t have any time to make a DIY exfoliator from my aunt’s kitchen. The next day was another hectic one, breakfast at the wedding party (with no excuse), lunch at the wedding party (with no excuse), sneaking out to shop some more and attending the dinner (with of course no excuse and the intention). I don’t know how long the dinner lasted but we left at midnight, frozen. I don’t know how all the girls survived the cold, wearing nothing but Lehengas and Sarees but I was definitely freezing wearing good amount of winter clothes. The next morning we left for Delhi by road, our flight was at 5.30 p.m and we were supposed to head directly at our hometown since we had four more weeding to attend there. Our driver was 1 and half hours late picking us up from the airport and we reached home sharp at midnight, again frozen. I neither had the energy or intention to show any love to my skin,so I just showered, slathered some serum and night cream on my face, had dinner and went straight to bed. The following day we had 3 weddings to attend, all of which were weddings of close friends from my childhood. However, I decided to miss one, since it was a lunch party and I needed my skin to breathe. I was exhausted from all the running around and the morning and the afternoon was supposed to be dedicated to my skin.

So I started the day with a cup of unsweetened green tea in the hopes of detoxifying.

Cleansing and Exfoliating:

I desperately needed to exfoliate my skin and I left my favourite exfoliater from Goodal at my apartment, so instead I exfoliated my skin with a DIY exfoliator after washing my skin with Innisfree Green Barley Bubble Cleanser.

I personally love double cleansing, but since I left my cleansing oil in my apartment I had to do with only one step. The green barley bubble cleanser however, did it’s job too well. It leaves my skin squeaky clean after every single application, even at times when I forget to carry any make-up remover with me.

Face Mask:

This capsule recipe pack containing jeju volcanic scoria washes away sebum and dirt from deep inside the pore. I left it on my skin for like half and hour and did everything it claims to do.

After cleansing my face, hopefully removing all the dead skin cells, I prepared my skin with Lotus Herbals Clarifying & Soothing toner. At this point, my skin has already started feeling fresh.

Sheet Mask:

I have picked this babies out from the Innisfree store along with a 3D  mask. I chose the Aloe. I really curse myself for not picking up some more sheet masks, mainly some more Manuka Honey Sheet masks. I usually order them online in bulks but since I visited the store I should have stocked myself for like an year 😀

The aloe mask was soaked in a gel like serum, unlike any other sheet mask I have used. I kept it on my skin for like 35 minutes and I could literally see the difference it made.

After patting the excess serum into my skin, I finished it off with the Whipped cream from Natural Bath & Body which I received with my January FabBag. The cream has a luxurious texture which made me fall in love with it. It suited my super-sensitive skin and I am happy that I discovered it.

My skin felt, and looked amazing, like the travelling never happened. It was like I could literally feel my skin breathe. I attended two of the weddings at night, back to back. I didn’t use much make-up as there was still one very important wedding to attend. After coming back attending the second wedding, I washed my face off with the Innisfree bubble cleanser, followed by the Lotus Herbals toner and then used the serum I picked up from the Innisfree store.

The Canola Honey serum is literally amazing and I can’t wait to review it.

I replaced my night cream with this Rice sleeping pack I picked up from the Innisfree store and I am pretty sure it is the reason behind the plumped up skin I was greeted with the next morning.

Next morning I went to my friend’s place where she was getting married. It was her haldi ceremony and we as bridesmaids had a lot of works to do, which didn’t include indulging in some skincare. However, the love I showed my skin the previous day lasted till the big the of my dear friend, and as a bridesmaid my skin blushed standing right beside the blushing bride.

P.S: The pictures from the wedding are unedited and as you can see I didn’t have to rely much on the make up as my skin was already glowing as a result of all the pampering. Since it was a morning wedding I dabbed some CC cream from SeaSoul Cosmetics, a red lisptick from Sugar Matte Cosmetics and lastly a little eye liner and some eye shadow. 🙂

Innisfree Canola Honey Serum Review

As you guys might already know that I shopped my heart out at the Innisfree store on my trip to Delhi,a lot of reviews has been pending because my site has been experiencing some issues lately.

Among the many purchases that I made the Canola Honey Serum is one of my favourites (please don’t ask me which is my least favourite, cause there aren’t any). I am a sucker for serums, and ever since I got converted into the 12 step Korean skincare regimen I have been in search for my Holy Grail serum and may be I just found it during my trip to Delhi.

My night time skincare regimen usually goes like this

  • Oil cleansing
  • Facial Foam
  • Exfoliate (once a week)
  • Face Mask (twice or thrice a week)
  • Alcohol free Toner
  • Serum
  • Sheet Mask (once or twice a week)
  • Night Cream (5 days a week)/ Sleep pack(twice a week)
  • Eye Cream

Whereas my daytime skincare regimen simply goes like

  • Facial foam
  • Alcohol free toner/Rose water
  • Serum
  • Moisturizer
  • Sunscreen

As you can see, serum is an essential part of my skincare regimen.

My Experience With Canola Honey Serum:

The product comes in a sturdy packaging with a very hygienic pump. 2-3 pumps of the serum is required to cover the entire face and neck. The texture and consistency of the serum is itself like honey and it mildly smells like honey too. However, the serum in no way feels sticky on the skin and gets absorbed in the skin within a few seconds.

I have been using this serum for over a month now and I can say that the hydrating claims are true. If you guys have read my previous posts, you will know that I had experienced a real bad breakout which left some spots on my face. Even after taking antibiotics, weird small bumps kept coming back occasionally. After coming back from Delhi and replacing most of my products with Innisfree products, I have noticed that the bumps stopped coming back and my skin feels soft, smooth and hydrated throughout the day ( even during winter).

One other reason for delaying this post is that I really wanted to take a note on how well this serum works during summer. You know, some people might say that you don’t need hydration during summer: using hydrating products will make your skin oily etc etc. The truth is, to get a radiant glowing skin, hydration is the key and in no way hydration equals to oily skin. Oily skin gives you acne, hydration doesn’t. In fact, if your skin is lacking hydration, the glands will secret more oil to compensate the lack of hydration which will cause acne. So yes, hydrating your skin during summer is as essential during summer as it is in winter. May be lightweight serums will work better on oily skin beauties. As for me, my combination skin is glad that I am using this serum even during summer

Fuschia Vkare Activated Charcoal – Face And Body Detoxifying Scrub Review

Hey guys, today I’m going to review the Activated Charcoal Face & Body Detoxifying Scrub from Fuschia.

Scrubbing is a very important step to get a radiant skin. If you don’t scrub or exfoliate your skin and keep layering your skin with moisturizers and creams, your skin won’t be able to absorb the goodness of all these products unless you get rid off the built up dead skin.

I exfoliate my skin at least once a week, so when I received this scrub I was highly delighted. Even though I prefer an exfoliator over a scrub any day, the detoxifying ingredients in the product (i.e: charcoal) made me feel about this product otherwise. I love using charcoal face packs and exfoliators, I feel like they draw out all the impurities from the skin without effort.

My Experience:

I loved the presentation of this product. However, I am not sure if the ingredient list written on the lid is the key ingredient list or the full ingredient list. The product claims to be free of paraben, SLS, phalates, artificial tints and synthetic colour which makes it all the more attractive. 😀

The scrub smells heavenly. However, I felt that the granules are way too large to be put on the face. So I have been using it as a body scrub and loving it. Clearly scrubbing the body is as important as scrubbing the face and this is the first scrub I have ever used that left me so satisfied when it comes to scrubbing my body. I could literally feel the dead skin washing off and was left with a baby soft skin post scrubbing.

I am immensely satisfied with this product and will recommend to anyone looking for a good body scrub.

Will I purchase it?

  • Does what it claims
  • Parabens, SLS and Artificial Fragrance free
  • Pocket friendly rate

  • Granules can be too large if you are looking for a face scrub.

The Nature’s Co. Vanilla Crème Body Wash Review

Hey guys, as you all know that I’ve got some amazing products with The Nature’s Co Beauty Wish Box last month and each off the products are so good that all of them deserves a post about them, separately.

The first product I will be reviewing is the Vanilla Creme Body Wash.

As I already mentioned in a previous post about my winter skincare that I am being really picky when it comes to include any product in my winter skincare list, so when the Wish Box arrived, I immediately  had to try out every single one of them. Guess what? All of them made it to the list 😀

A body wash has a very crucial task during winter. You know what I am talking about right? It cannot leave your skin dry, or slippery, it has to maintain a certain balance.

So here’s what I thought about The Nature’s Co. Vanilla Creme Body Wash…

Claims: Soothing & relaxant; Excellent antioxidant; Makes skin soft and supple.
Indulge in our soothing Vanilla Creamy Body Wash. It has excellent antioxidants and relaxant properties which lightens your skin making it more smooth, supple and calm. While it’s nourishing properties forms a protective layer on your skin keeping it hydrated all the time. This luscious creamy body wash lathers up in the bath or shower.

Ingredients: Vanilla, Vegetable Glycerin, Sunflower seed oil, W/S Base, Aroma, Natural preservatives.

My Experience:

The first thing that I should mention about this product is it’s fragrance… It is like yum….Being born without a sweet tooth, I still  crave vanilla ice cream while using this body wash. It is mind blowing, though the fragrance doesn’t linger post shower. I absolutely love bathing with it. I received a deluxe sized sample which I am half way through and I’m definitely gonna buy a full-sized version of this one.

Coming to the hydration part. The body wash doesn’t dry out the skin, and provides the skin with mild moisturization, so much so  that in case you forget to follow it up with a moisturizer or a body butter, your skin will Still stay smooth and hydrated, yes, even during winter. Another thing worth notable about this body wash is that it doesn’t make your skin feel slippery.

The ingredients as you can see, are all natural(like any other Nature’s Co Product)  so one other reason for me to completely  fall in love with it. I have been using it for over a week now (along with the Nature’s Co. Lavender Body Butter) , and my skin has never felt so healthy.

So glad I came to know about the subscription box facility. 😉

  • All natural products
  • Amazing fragrance
  • Hydrates the skin
  • Doesn’t make the skin feel slippery
  • Claims to work on sensitive skin, and it does…
  • Does what it claims

Nothing that I can think off

Will I purchase it again?

Of course I will

Just Herbs Gotukola Indian Ginseng Rejuvinating Beauty Elixir Review

I am a sucker for serums. Applying the serum has been my favorite part of the regimen since I have become a Korean Skincare convert. I love how a few drops  of serums can take your skin care regimen to a whole new level. They are packed with vitamins and can gives your skin the radiant boost it needed.

If you have read my earlier posts you’ll know that I am always on the lookout for all natural products, free from parabens and artificial fragrance. So you can imagine my excitement when I received this lovely baby with my Fab Bag.

I personally like the packaging very much. It’s easy to carry, and has a cute dropper which I think is really hygienic.

The consistency is a little runny.

What the product claims:

My experience:

Honestly, the smell is not on the bright side, but then again that’s a living prove that the product really does not consist any artificial fragrance, which is good. All the products as you can see, are natural, and filled with anti-oxidants. I started using the serum when my skin was healing after the terrible breakout. My skin has never been this bad, and after 4  months it started healing only after taking anti-biotics (the doctor said it was some kind of infection).  So I started using this serum a few days after I started taking the anti-biotics and my skin was healing. That is one reason I cannot tell what part it played in the healing process, but one thing I say is that it didn’t cause any more break out or irritation. After the 5 days course of anti-biotics, my skin didn’t heal completely and there are still tiny bumps on my cheeks. I have continued the usage of this serum and can feel the bumps disappear slowly (It will take time I know, but I’m just praying that I get my ‘before-breakout’ skin back soon).

I can’t claim that it gave me fair, radiant skin after just a few application, cause my skin is literally at it’s worse, but I do believe that it is taking acting part in my skin healing. I have been using it religiously between my toner and moisturizer/night cream and I have noticed my skin texture has improved. It also gives my skin the perfect hydration boost without making it oily, that is one reason it holds a special place in my winter special skincare regimen.

If you are looking for a serum I would suggest trying this baby out. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

L’Oreal Paris Skin Perfect Range Review

Hi guys, today am going to review three products from the L’oreal Paris Skin Perfect range.

L’Oreal Paris Skin Perfect Pimple Reduction and whitening facial foam, L’Oreal Paris Whitening Cream Cream for 20+ and L’Oreal Paris Anti-Fine Lines+ Whitening 30+.

Skin Perfect

Typically I avoid skin whitening products as they are a bit harsh for the skin and can irritate and damage the skin on a long run. I opt for brightening products instead, which rejuvenates the skin and gives it a natural radiance. However, I picked up these products, mainly because I was curious,

The first two products claim to reduce pimples and the last one has anti-aging agents. Even though I never suffered from pimples or acne I experienced a major break out a few months back and the weird bumps doesn’t seam to go away, so I thought to give these products a try…

So here’s my experience using these Products…

L’Oreal Paris Skin Perfect Pimple Reduction And Whitening Facial Foam

I pretty much like the packaging of the tube. The facial foam has a pearly white effect and the consistency is mousse-like. Only a pea-size amount is enough for one use. I am not sure whether I should thank the facial foam or the cream but my bumps almost disappeared after a single use of the face wash and the cream.  I have combination to dry skin and this baby didn’t dry my skin up.

L’Oreal Paris Anti Imperfections Plus Whitening Cream for 20+ Review

I am in my mid twenties and I decided that instead of spending a fortune on anti-aging treatments when I hit my 30s and have already ruined my skin. I will start my anti-aging treatment from now on, because protecting yourself from illness is better that treating it, hence this cream.

The packaging is extremely classy and travel friendly. Taken to the fact that I travel home once a month, this cream is very convenient for me to carry.

What amazed me the most is the cream’s absorption ability. It glides on the skin very easily covering the imperfections and blemishes. I’m not sure about the moisturizing ability of the cream but it sure does give the skin a soft and subtle look. I might sound ridiculous but to me it worked kindda like a CC cream, minus the SPF. The cream does claim to contain UV filter but the presence of Zinc Oxide or Titanium Dioxide might have impressed me a little more.

Like I already said this beauty might have reduced the bumps on my cheeks after a single application, and I am looking forward to see more miracles as I  put this product in my morning skincare regimen.

L’Oreal Skin Perfect Anti-Fine Lines + Whitening 30+ Cream Review

Needless to say, I bought this one for my mom who is already in her 50s, I was actually looking for the 40+ cream which was unavailable at the store at that moment, so I bought the 30+ instead.

Since I haven’t used this product myself I won’t say much, except for the fact that it contains  Titaniaum Dioxide, which means it contains organic sunscreen which is extremely cool. I am really happy that it contains SPF 21 since my mom never bothers to put her sunscreen on. As for fine line and wrinkles, I guess purchasing 30+ instead of 40+ was a mistake, but it might work well on the beauties who are in their 30s.

Overall, I pretty much liked the L’Oreal Paris Skin Perfect range. I might not repurchase them as I prefer staying away from skin whitening products, but I might recommendthem to anyone who is looking for a change in their skin care regimen, or who are looking for a quick fix to the bumps on there skin. I think this range is worth a try.

Trying out Korean skincare products III: Innisfree It’s real squeeze mask, Kiwi Review

I’ve wanted to try out sheet masks ever since I was introduced to the 10 step Korean Skincare regimen and I finally ordered a pack of 10 sheet masks from

One of my favourite Korean skincare brand Innisfree has opened a store in Delhi which makes me wanna fly down to Delhi and grab as much Innisfree products as I can, but having a full time job makes that really impossible for me. So, instead I ordered them online.

Sheet mask

The Kiwi sheet mask claims to moisturize skin giving it a soft smooth, radiant and healthy glow.

Unlike many other Korean products this one contained instructions and details in both Korean and English.

Ingredients list: Water, glycerin, butylene glycol, cetyl ethylhexanoate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, citrus paradisi (grapefruit) fruit extract, actinidia chinesis (kiwi) juice, polyglyceryl-3 methylglucose distearate, glceryl stearate, dimethicone, PEG-100 stearate, carbomer, xanthan gum, ethylhexylglycerin, adenosine, potassium hydroxide, sodium hyaluronate, citrus unshiu peel extract, orchid extract, camellia sinensis leaf extract, camellia japonica leaf extract, opuntia coccinellifera fruit extract, disodium EDTA, phenoxyethanol, fragrance

The masks are soaked in white colour serum and is very easy to apply.I used it after cleansing and toning my face and it fitted me properly.  The smell was too good.  I applied it after an exhausting day at work and to my amusement I fell asleep and took a catnap while laying back with the sheet mask on my face. I kept it on my face for around 20 minutes and when I removed it, I felt a layer of serum on my skin. I gently pat the serum to allow the remaining formula absorb my skin. I waited another 5-10 mins to let my skin completely absorb the serum and then finished it with a night cream.

My Experience:

My skin felt refreshed immediately after applying it and I woke up the next morning with a baby-butt soft face. My skin had a radiant glow and the dewy look remained for the next few days. I am so including this sheet mask in my night time skincare regimen and looking forward to trying out other sheet masks from Innisfree.

Would I Recommend Innisfree Kiwi It’s Real Squeeze Mask?

Yes, I would so recommend any skincare junkie to try out this amazing product.

If you live in India, you can order yours from
