My Envy Box June 2017 Review

Hey guys, it’s already the 18th of the month and I received My Envy Box June Edition yesterday which I ordered around the 2nd or 3rd of the month. This month’s box comes in the print that will soothe your eyes in this scorching summer and will remind you of your last trip to the beach.

So here’s everything that was inside the box:

  • Votre Power- Footwear Protection: Rs 600 for 25ml

It’s supposed to clean your footwear with its powerful Nanotechnology enabled protective coating. This sample sized spray  is enough for one pair of shoes and I’ll probably use it on my beloved boots.

  • Forest Essential-Eladi Teenage Day Cream And Night Cream: Rs 264 for gms each

Am deeply and madly in love with these samples already.

  • Votre- After Sun Mist: 500 for 50ml

If you already don’t know, am sucker for mists, I love keeping them in my hand bags and occasionally spray on my face whenever my skin feels dry or my skin asks for refreshment. This is an excellent mist for those who stays under the sun for a long hour. I’ve been staying indoors these days and I wish I knew about this mist during my working days. Nothing like going into the office under the scorching sun, and spraying it all over the face and neck once you enter. Working ladies, keep a note.

  • Essence- Nail Paint: Rs 199 for 100ml

I got it in a pretty pink shade.

  • Calvin Klein- Eternity Intense Fragrance: 1 vile

Words cannot express how sensual and flirtatious the fragrance is.

  • Essence- Eye Shadow: Rs 199 for 2.5gms

I got it in the shade Party All Night which is a shimmery bronze colour.

Overall, I pretty much like the stuffs inside this month’s box. There are 2 full-sized makeup products but my heart fell for the sample sized Forest Essential products which I should have saved for my next trip, but I already started using them. The box’s overall worth is above 2k which makes it more than just worth it.

Fab Bag April 2017 Review

Hey guys, I received the much awaited April Fab Bag ‘Spring Fling’ today and I am blown away. The bag is just perfect considering the spring theme, a cute, sturdy, floral pouch that you would want to keep in your handbag throughout the summer.

I have been looking for a perfect compact powder for awhile, something that contains physical SPF and paraben free and Sugar Cosmetics hard my wish and created one, and Fab Bag heard my wish too, and included one in my April Bag.

So here’s everything that I received this month:

  • SUGAR As Nude As It Gets SPF 15 Compact: 02 Cappuccino (Rs.699/-) FULL SIZE

The compact comes in three shades and I chose the middle one. I haven’t used it on my skin so I can’t really say if it will match my skin tone but so far I’m in love. It contains Titanium Dioxide (physical sunscreen) something that I’ve been on the lookout for awhile. When I go out in the sun I usually layer my skin with at least SPF- 1) a day cream containing at least SPF 15 2) A Sunblock or cushion compact containing SPF 50 3) A compact powder containing SPF 15 and this one is just perfect for the 3rd step.

  • Hedonista Fresh Face Scrub (Rs.1045/- for 105 gm) SAMPLE

I LOVE Hedonista products, I have used their Chocolate Face Soufflé and I was hooked. I have got really high expectations from this one.

  • Sand for Soapoholics Monkey Bar Bathing Soap (Rs 325/- for 100gms) SAMPLE

I am a shower gel person but lately I’ve grown a thing for handmade soaps. And this one seems so yummy that I just can’t wait to use it when I shower next.

  • Ayorma Radiance Glow Deep Exfoliator (Rs. 499/- for 100 gm) SAMPLE

This is my 3rd Ayorma Sample that I received with Fab Bag and I wasn’t very impressed with the previous ones. I will still give it one try hoping it’s better than the other ones.

So that’s it, that’s everything I received with my Fab Bag this month. The Compact Powder itself makes the bag worth it and if you are looking forward to get one for yourself, ordering this month’s Fab Bag is the smartest way to get it. The bag’s overall worth is somewhat around Rs1300 and since only 1 product is full-sized, I would have love a fifth sample.

You can get your April Fab Bag here:

Go Get It Girl-March 2017 Fab Bag Review

Hello everybody, today I received my March Fab Bag ‘Go Get It Girl’ and even though the total worth of the products are not very high, I am impressed with most of that products that was inside. This month I’ve got 6 products, among which 3 are full sized.

The bag itself has a classy look in it and is pretty high quality. Here’s everything that was inside the bag.

  • Seduction Las Vegas Lipstick 09 – Deep Red (Full Size Rs.180/-)

Not a huge fan. Even though I chose the shade myself, I wasn’t impressed when I noticed how bad my swatch bleed and transferred. Before even I finished photographing the other products from the bag, all that was left of the swatch was a stain. Never happened before.

  • SUGAR Tic Tac Toe Nail Lacquer-003 Burn Your Beiges (Full Size: Rs199/-)

When the nail lacquer launched last month (or lat to last month?) I was thinking of getting myself some shades from the range. But then I thought that Fab Bag will send me one pretty soon anyway, so let’s wait and find out what shade they send and then go on ordering the other shades lol.

P.S: I love this shade.

  • Kronokare Flower Power – Face Toner (Rs.295 for 100ml)

I’ve got a 50ml sample and LOVE it. It’s my favourite product from the bag. Just the day before yesterday I was talking about how I’m on the lookout for an alcohol free toner that has a spray nozzle. I guess my search ends here.

  • Moha Herbal Shower Gel –(105/- for 100ml)

Goes straight into my travel essentials.

  • Natural Bath & Body Beautiful Day Mist (Rs.325 for 200ml)

I’m getting stocked up with this body and hair mists from Natural Bath & Body thanks to Fab Bag. I haven’t used the previous ones yet and I think that if I wait a little longer I’ll own their whole mist range.

  • Ayorma SPF 40 Sun Block (Rs.349 for 50 ml)

I’ve got a 10 gm sample of this. I’ve previously received their night cream sample and it didn’t work for me. For some strange reason I’ve got a pretty good feeling about this. Hope this will work on my skin.

So that’s everything I go this month, you can get yours from here:

Fab Bag

February Fab Bag 2017 Review

This month’s Fab bag contained something I was gonna purchase anyway – the newly launched SUGAR Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick. The bag may be worth just 1,227 bucks, but there isn’t one product that didn’t impress me. So without wasting any more time let’s take a peak…

SUGAR Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick- Drop Dead Red- (Full Size- Rs.499/-)

I had the option to choose and I chose the Drop Dead Red. I am so loving this shade and dying to compare it with Scarlet O’Hara.

Matra Hollistic Lip Care- Strawberry (Full Size Rs.199)

I’ve been talking about humectants free lip products lately, and now there’s one more in my collection.

Just Herbs Livelyclean Honey Exfoliating Face Cleansing Gel (Rs.230 for 50ml):

I LOVE Just Herbs products and I just can’t wait to test and review this one.

Batiste Dry Shampoo (Full Size. Rs 299/-)

I’ve never used a dry shampoo before and I was really looking forward to try one. So guess who’s happy?

Overall, I really liked this month’s contains. If we talk about the bag itself, I think I have got a similar one from Fab Bag before, it’s quirky and fun. The overall worth of the bag is less than other months, but in case you were looking forward to get your hands on the new launch from SUGAR, this is the best way to get one.

January Fab Bag 2017 Review

Hello everybody, today am going to review my January Fab Bag which I ordered late and received late. My subscription ended a month ago and since they have Sugar Cosmetics products in this month’s bag and I almost have all of their collections I thought to skip this month at first but then my sister asked me to order Scarlet O’hara and Rose Dawson for her so I took the liberty of taking a chance, and tada!!! I have a Rose Dawson and a lot of other products.

I’m not a big fan of the bag itself as I think that the pouches are a lot more useful than the purses. Nobody’s gonna use a purse that doesn’t contain a zip in the first place, at least you can use the pouch.

So what was inside the bag?

Starting with the star of the bag….

  • SUGAR Matte As Hell Crayon Lipstick- Rose Dawson (Full Size.799/-)

I’ve already reviewed this one here

  • O3+ Mattyfying Gel Cream SPF 50 (Full Size: 385)

SPF 50 always tempts me. But going through the ingredient list I found both Titaniumdioxide and Benzophenone. Which means it contains both physical sunscreen and chemical sunscreen and my skin reacts terribly with chemical sunscreen. I have no idea what to do with it and even my sister sticks with her dermatologist prescribed products when it comes to her skincare products. So it’s probably going to sit in there for a while.

  • MCaffeine Neem Caffeine Face Wash (Rs.44/- for 150ml)

I got a 50 ml deluxe sized sample and am pretty curious about it.

  • The Nature’s Co. White Tea Night Cream (Rs 895/- for 50 ml)

It’s no secret that I LOVE ‘The Nature’s Co’ products. I got a 20ml sample of it and am going to save it for my next trip.

  • Wella EIMI Perfect Me Lightweight BB Lotion (Rs.900/- for 100ml)

I got a 6 ml sachet and I am not a huge fan of BB and CC creams. The ones that I’ve already got are sitting in my dresser after a couple of usages. If it’s daytime, I’ll opt for a Cushion Compact or a high coverage sunscreen and if it’s night time I’ll use a tinted moisturizer or a foundation, no place for BB and CC creams in my routine, sorry.

So that’s what I got this month. The Sugar Cosmetics product itself makes the bag more than worth it and there’s still 6 more days to order yours.

The Partyholic-December 2016 Fab Bag Review

For a change, Fab Bag delivered too early this month, the day after I came back from my trip. So I decided to put a halt in my series of Andaman Travelogue to post the review.

The bag is a metallic hologram one, filled with goodies that are perfect for the season.

dsc_0983 So let’s get inside of the bag…

  • Be A Bombshell Lip Stain-Riot

I have the option to choose, and I chose this one. The shade is a lovely pink colour, and to check out the staying power, I didn’t wash off the swatch. For 12 long hours (until I went to sleep), there were no smudge, no transfer. When I woke up next morning, the swatch faded just a little, but still no smudge and it stayed that way until I showered. It’s been over 24 hours and there’s still a lovely hint of pink on my arm which I guess will require a little makeup remover. So I definitely adore the lip stain and can’t wait to create a makeup look wearing it.

  • Iba Halal Foot Massage Creamdsc_0995

A winter necessity…

  • Natural Bath & Body Hair Mist

If you read my blog regularly, you’ll know that I don’t put much effort on my hair. I guess it’s not supposed to do anything besides making my hair smell good.

  • Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Skin Therapy Oil Roll Ondsc_0991

This sounds like a terrific product with anyone with stretch marks and irritated skin. I have repeatedly talked about my hyper-sensitive skin which literally got burnt on my trip. My arms suffered a terrible sun allergy and I am hoping this roll on will help them recover.

So over all, I loved my December Bag, and since there’s so much time to order yours, here’s the link:

Fab Bag Get Set Glow November 2016 Review

Fab Bag has been delivering really late since last month. While last month I received the bag at the month end, this month I got it on the 20th. The products inside however made up to it. So without wasting any more time let’s peek inside…

  • City Color Be Matte Lipstick- Jenny p_20161120_125422

A wonderful read in a creamy matte texture… One word-Amazing!

  • The Body Shop Drops of Youth Concentrate p_20161120_125447
  • Just Herbs Aloe Vera Facial Massage Gelp_20161120_125231
  • Natural Bath & Body Sweet Ocean Body Mistp_20161120_125251

Overall, I really loved the products as well as the shimmery bronze bag. If you haven’t already got yours, there’s still 9 days left…

Nykaa’s The Beauty Lab Review

I was supposed to write down my Winter PM skincare but after a certain disappointment here I am reviewing the The Beauty Lab box from Nykaa.

Note: Please pardon the all the more disappointing pictures. Both our DSLR and Compact are with my fiancé who is currently out for his bachelor trip (the date hasn’t been fixed yet, and there’s still more than a year left). And when I can’t get a hold of any camera I use my dad’s phone which does a pretty good job for a phone but unfortunately he won’t be home until late night and I couldn’t wait to share my disappointment with you guys, so I used my own mobile phone which takes shitty pictures.

What is The Beauty Lab:

It’s a beauty subscription box from Nykaa.

What They Claim:

It’s time to get sparkling and there’s no better date for your best friend’s wedding than The Beauty Lab’s subscription-only Brides’s Squad edit. Tried and tested by Nykaa’s team of beauty mavens, these fabulous products will make sure you are glowing and glossy from your tresses to your tips.

Bringing to you our favourite skincare, makeup and hair products that are dedicated entirely to bridal beauty. Perfect for every bride, sister of the bride, or bridesmaid to get ready for the bid day.

On my last post I wrote that my childhood best friend is getting married in a week and I am trying to get festive ready. She’s not a beauty junkie and did a bad job while doing her cosmetics shopping. So I was browsing through the Nykaa Website to get some perfect bridal colour cosmetics for her and that’s when I found out about The Beauty Lab box. I wasted no time ordering it thinking that it’s going to be the best gift for her, and of course I can add some other colour cosmetics in it if I wanted.

However there was no option for choosing the lip cream shade and I thought that may be if I order it first, they’ll send me a link to choose the shade just like Fab Bag does. Alas! There was nothing. I mailed the team to receive no reply. So I waited, praying that they don’t deliver the purple shaded lip cream and the white pastel nail polish (only shades that were available on their site).

After five days, my horror came true when I received the shades I was dreading.

Here’s everything that I received: 20161114_132248

  • Makeup Revolution Ultra Velour Lip Cream in the shade Not One For Playing Games:

Now correct me if I’m wrong, but which bride or bridesmaid will wear this shade on their/their best friend’s wedding? I mean look at that colour! There’s no denying the fact that it’s a lovely colour and the texture is so tempting. But even in Christian weddings we don’t were such bold colours, not even as bridesmaids. And search me a Bengali bride that isn’t wearing red lips! I know there are people who love to do unique and bold stuffs, but that’s not the majority of the population. And even though they have mentioned that it’s for the bridal squad as well, but no, I’m not going to wear this with my pink lehenga or my pink saree for that matter. And yes, I am aware that there’s many beautiful girls who would love wear this shade on their best friend’s wedding, but I will strongly stick to my point that a selection option would have nice.

Yes, I swatched the shade as I won’t be gifting it to her anyway. Guess I will have to wait for another delivery again.

  • Nykaa Matte Nail Lacquar in the shade S’mores Milkshake:20161114_132504

This could have been a good nail paint for Christian brides but we are talking about a tradition Bengali wedding here. Neither the bride, nor any friend will be able to wear it. But the shade is pretty.

  • Wella Professional Elements Shampoo and Mask 30 ml:

Finally something brilliant!20161114_132518

  • Bipha Ayurveda Red Sandalwood cream 15gm

Another brilliant product! I have high hopes on this. I don’t think sandalwood can ever go wrong.

  • Ecotique Saffron Oil 30 ml:

The name says it all!

So overall, the whole box is nicely curated. From hair to skin to makeup, they have covered every zone to prepare the bride for her special day. But the shades somehow ruined everything. I wonder how it didn’t occur to them that by giving the customer the choice for selection they would have been able to create the perfect gift for the bride? I mean had I received the bridal shades, it would have been my permanent go to wedding gift. But alas! Ordering a box and then separately ordering the colour cosmetics to switch is something I won’t do every damn time!

Fab Bag October 2016 Review

Ironically I am publishing my October Fab Bag Review on November. The bag was delivered at the end of October while I was out of station so the whole situation is a bit disappointing. Talking about disappointments, this bag has to be the most useless bag I’ve ever received from The Fab Bag. I am not talking about what was inside the bag; I am talking about the bag itself. Unlike the attractive pouches, this time they sent us a cheap quality bag which you won’t be able to use as a wallet.

Getting back to what was inside the bag. Thankfully, the inside of the bag was a different story.

Here’s everything that I got-

  • Sugar Cosmetics Lash Mob Limitless Mascara:

The star product of the bag. It was launched at the end of the September and I was just about to order one when I found out that I can choose one among my October Fab Bag Goodies.

  • VedaEarth Cleansing Facial Oil:

I am a huge fan of Cleansing Oils. However, I have only used the Korean ones and have no idea how this one will react on my skin. On the plus side, my Tonymoly cleansing oil bottle is too huge to carry while travelling, so I hope this can be a good substitute.

  • Kaya Brightening Serum:

I’ve never tried anything from Kaya but I have high hopes. Wish me luck! 😀

  • Votre Lip Gel Scrub:

p_20161103_152955The Etude House lip scrub has set such high expectations that it’s a tough job for any lip scrubs to satisfy me. Really eager to see how it works.

  • Stay Quirky Nail Polish:

p_20161103_153128Not really a big fan of this shade.

Since it’s already November, I am so eager to see what they have in store for us this time.

P.S:  Has anyone noticed that my background has already started getting Christmassy?

My Envy Box October 2016 Edition Review

Anniversary editions of any beauty box is never to be missed. When it comes to My Envy Box, they never fail to make it special. I really had high hopes for this months’s box, and they didn’t disappoint. Let’s take a look at everything that I got.

  1. Forest Essentials – Facial Cleansing PasteRs.925/- for 15 gm p_20161020_230743
  2. AYCA- Jasmine Body Wash – Rs.438 /-for 100ml p_20161020_230219
  3. Vert- Loose Powder (Full Size) – Rs.1,250 for 10gm p_20161020_230930 p_20161020_230959
  4. Vichy- Ideal White Brightening Deep Cleansing Foam- Rs. 230/- for 15ml p_20161020_230652
  5. Nertia Nail Art 80 for 1 pack p_20161020_231107

I’m not much into manicure as I simply cannot afford to keeps my nails long as I play guitar, so I’ve never worn a Nail Art and I have no idea if they are supposed to stick to the other side. (I guess they are not)

  1. Babor Extra Firmimg Cream p_20161020_230347
  2. Skinyoga Post Workout Neem Purifierp_20161020_230847

I used it today after working out and am already hooked

  1. Bioderma Suscreen

My least favourite. I’ve earlier got two samples of them and they are not suitable for my skin as they are chemical sunscreens

So that’s all. If you haven’t ordered yours yet, I would highly suggest not missing it.

Fab Bag August 2016 Review: What The Chic

Considering the other months, I received my Fab Bag a bit early this time. This month’s theme is ‘What The Chic’ and the bag is made of Faux Leather and looks pretty cute with all the polka dots which happens to be my favourite print. Fab Bag has been surprising us with amazing bags for three months in a line now and I am impressed!

So here’s everything I received with the bag…

Geri G Foundation :

This month’s main attraction was the Geri G products and we had the option to choose. I have been looking for a new foundation so I chose the foundation in medium shade and I’m just praying that it matches my skin tone.

Just Herbs Kumuda-Sacred Lotus Rejuvenating Body Wash:

I’m getting loaded with shower gels and body washes and my bathroom cabinet has literally no space left. However, I’m still excited to try this out. I have a feeling that this one’s going to be refreshing.

Kronokare Anti Turm (oil) Repairing Hair Oil :

I am guilty of depriving my hair of any care, but lately I’ve been considering to incorporate hair oils in my routine for the sake of ancient skin and hair care techniques. So it’s safe to say I’ll be trying it out pretty soon.

Natural Bath and Body Grapefruit & Vitamin C Gel Face Masque:

Natural Bath and Body is one of my favourite Indian brands. However, I had a really bad experience with their Grapefruit & Vitamin C Cream. I have a super sensitive skin and grape fruit is a known irritant, not a very good combination.

Livon Hair Serum :

Pretty much everybody knows about livon serum. I got three sachets 😀

Along came a gift voucher from Aeom Couture

Beauty Wish Box by The Nature’s Co November 2015

Hi guys, I am back with my beauty box reviews and this month I ordered a new beauty box for myself, Beauty Wish Box by the Nature’s Co. I have heard about The Natures’s Co products and have always wanted to try them. So I thought that introducing myself with this all organic brand via the beauty box will be perfect.

Price: 595 rs for one month,

So this is how the bag looks…

Ain’t that pretty? This is going to be my newest travel friendly pouch… 😀

Here’s everything that was inside this pretty bag.

Kiwi Hand And Nail Cream

Did anybody secretly tell them that my hands turn a shade or two darker during the winter? Joking… The bag is themed “Wintry Bliss” and the products are everything one can need during winter? How thoughtful! I received a 125 ml tube which will last me one more winter or two I guess…

Vanilla Crème Body Wash

I just love it when I receive a shower gel or body wash with any beauty box and I hop into the shower as soon as I receive the package. Needless to say I did it again. Even though I was born without a sweet tooth and not being a huge fan of ice creams, this body wash kindda made me feel hungry. All I can say after a single use of the product is that it smells heavenly, it doesn’t dry out my skin and is perfect for the winter.

My favourite product from the bag. I have been meaning to purchase a body butter for a while. And here, I have received a 35 ml sample of a luscious body butter. At first I thought it’s going into my travel pouch but then the fragrance made me change my mind in a second. I have no idea how long this sample will last me, but I am going to order a full sized product real soon, and yes, stay tuned for the review.

Vanilla Vitamin E Face Cream

Another yummy scented product. I received a 15 ml sample and it’s going on my face tomorrow night. I have high hopes on it.

Green Apple Lip Balm:

Is there anything better than a lip balm during winter? Probably not. So excited to try out this tiny baby.

Walnut-Mint Foot Scrub

I always ignore my feet during winter so may be this little one is my inspiration this year. I used the scrub as soon as I received it and now am writing this review with two baby smooth feet… 😀

So here’s everything I received with my Beauty Wish Box November along with a product description and a 35% voucher. If you too are prepping your skin for winter like me, I would suggest ordering this bag, there’s still 5 days… 🙂

Thanks for reading…

Fab Bag November 2015 Review – Up Your Game

Hi guys, I received my Fab Bag this morning which came in a classy black pouch. I could smell the lovely aroma while I was opening the box, and was excited to see what was inside. However, this month’s Fab Bag was rather a disappointment when compared to the last two months’ bag.

So here’s everything I received this months:

Votre Deep Pore Cleansing Clay Masque:

I have really high hopes for this one. I am a lover of face masques and I am really looking forward to use it, so stay tuned, cause the review might be coming real soon.

Price: 1080rs for 100ml.

Seasoul Dead Sea Minerals & Botanicals Massage Candle:

A full-sized product, my favorite product from the bag, and the reason the whole box has been smelling so good. The candle, without being lit, smells heavenly and I can’t imagine how good it might smell when it is lit. It is enriched with 100% pure dead sea minerals and vitamins. Sounds good, doesn’t it?

Price: 300rs for 50 ml.

Lollipops Paris Matte Concealer:

This is the second time I received a concealer with my Fab Bag, only this time it might match my skin tone unlike the previous one. This liquid concealer claims to hide skin imperfections and gives a smooth, matte finish.

Price: 800rs for 5.5ml

Ayorma Fairness & Cell Renew Night Cream:

Night Cream

Lastly a 15g sample of this Paraben free night cream. Ah! I love paraben free products and I hope this product suits my skin well, may be a full sized product will be added to my regimen… 😀

Price: 195rs for 15gm

As usual, I got a Fab Post magazine and a description card along with the products.

Overall the content of the bag was good, though I love it when the bag consists colours, but these will do… after all who doesn’t like organic skincare products? 😉

Fab Bag

Fab Bag October 2015 Review

Hi guys, I received my October Fab Bag yesterday but didn’t get time to write the review, so better late than never 🙂

October is the month of festivals, and just 4 days before Durga Puja, I received my festive themed Fab Bag.

How gorgeous it is!

Speaking of what was inside the bag, get ready to envy me if you haven’t ordered this month’s Fab Bag

See what am talking about?

Here’s everything I got in the bag:

Bella Pierre Mineral Lipstick Ruby:

My favourite product from the bag. I am a big fan of coral and ruby lipsticks and you can imagine my excitement for getting a full-sized Bella Piere lipstick in the colour ruby just before Durga Puja. The lasting power of the lipstick is mind-blowing, and I’m glad that I got to meet this brand via Fab Bag.

Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Body Lotion:

I’ll take it that this product needs no introduction. Palmer’s is a widely loved brand and receiving their body lotion during fall is like a cherry on the top.

Price: 545/- for 400ml

Spa Ceylon Green Mist Cooling Foot Relief:

Spa Ceylon is a new brand to me which was introduced by the Fab Bag team this month. I haven’t used this product yet but mint cooling foot relief sounds fun since I have tiring day at work almost every single day.

Price: 1100/- for 300ml

Nyassa Oceana Foaming Face Scrub:

All beauty bags has a least loved product, and this on is mine. I hate apricot scrubs and I hope the granules of this scrub are not as big as the apricot scrubs. I am very particular about scrubs since they can damage your skin on a permanent basis.

I haven’t yet tried this one out, but I’ll try and review it as soon as I can.

Along with the products, the bag also contains a Fab Post magazine and a information card…

Overall this month’s Fab Bag was amazing and you guys should order the bag too, if you already haven’t.

My Envy Box October 2015: Second Anniversary Box Review

Hi guys, today I received my October Envy Box I am soooo excited to share with you guys what I received this month. I knew that something magical is gonna come within the box this month as this is their second anniversary box and I must say I am not disappointed.

When I first opened the cardboard box I was guessing the color of the box but to my disappointment I got a peak of a white colored box. But then I got the whole box out and I was like “OMG! This is the best box ever!”

See what I am talking about?

And then I opened it. Again… “OMG! This is the best box ever”, only this time, louder. 😀

Here’s what I got:

Kérastase Elixir Ultime Sublime Cleaning Oil-Enriched Shampoo:

I have always loved Kerastase products. This Paraben and Silicon free shampoo contains four precious oils viz. Pracaxi, Argan, Camelia & Maize. I have got a 70ml travel size pack which I doubt will last till my next tour (you know why).

Price: 70ml for 750

Kerastase Elixir Ultime Masque 75ml Rs 1350

What can I possibly say except for ‘wow’?!I hopped into the shower as soon as I received this box and I can’t help but continually stroke my hair while I am writing this review. This product alone makes the whole box more than worth it. This product is the reason you should book your October Envy Box in case you haven’t. I mean really…

L’Occitane Repairing Shampoo 75ml

Another much loved shampoo.

I’ve been meaning to purchase this very shampoo for a few months now but tend to forget every time I shop and again My Envy Box read my mind. In the information card the Shower Cream is mentioned instead of this shampoo and I’m glad that they made the switch. Since it’s missing from the information card I have no idea of the actual price of it.

Catrice Velvet Matt Eyeshadow 3.3gm, full size in Shade Pink-Up Girls

I was way too excited when I realized that there’s an eye-shadow inside the bubble wrap. I LOVE when i receive eye-shadows with My Envy Box,  but to my major disappointment I uncovered the light pink eye-shadow. I usually stay away from light shades. Personally, I prefer darker shades and this one will look terrible on my wheatish skin. Probably will go to my sister.

Za Total Hydration Amino Mineral Refreshing Gel

Whenever I receive a tiny sample, I put it in a pouch which I carry with me whenever I visit home. My visit usually lasts less than two days, and I visit every once a month. So this samples are one of the most useful products for me. ( And by that, I am not saying that I would prefer tiny samples instead of full-sized products 😀 )

So this is what I received with My Envy Box. If you haven’t already ordered yours, you can order it from here—1-month/pages/shop/my-envy-box-subs

Happy Envying 🙂

Let’s take a look at the inside of the bag…

Kama Ayurveda Pure Rose Water:

My favourite product from the bag. I am a sucker for alcohol free toners and here it is, a full sized bottle of this amazingly scented distilled rose water. Since I am always looking for alcohol free toners and facial mists, and this beauty works as both, it’s totally going into my daily skincare regimen. Also Kama Aurveda happens to be one of my favourite brand so you can understand my love for this products.

Just Herbs Gotukola Indian Ginseng Rejuvenating Beauty Elixir:

Another full-sized product, which happens to be a serum. Can I ask for more?

If you guys have read my article on the 12 step Korean Skin Care Regimen you’ll probably understand my love for serums and yes, I’m gonna review this one real soon.
